Kat Newell on the IMDB

Hey all,
Kat Newell (1992-1995) gave us permission to post the link to her space on the IMDB! (Sorry, Kat, that it took me so long.)

I'm still backed up on posters some of you have sent to post here, I'll hopefully be getting to that very soon too.

Thanks all for your interest in keeping us all in touch and remembering good times from our PRIDE pasts (and presents.)

Kim Burton (Garner) Blog Added

I so regret being hesitant to get on FaceBook. Thanks, again, to Mary Pearson for setting up a PRIDE group there!

I found Kim Burton (Garner) [1990-1992] there; interestingly not through the PRIDE group. She went to high school with Emilie Nunes (Copier) who ended up later being roommates with my wife, Gwen. What a small world we live in.

Anyway, Emilie found me and added me as a friend, then I went trolling through her friend list and found Kim. :)

Needless to say, I'm more than stoked to be back in touch with Kim. And you can be too... check out her blog right now!

Welcome back, Kim! You're as beautiful as ever and we're happy to be reunited with you.

Dave Ennenga's Blog Added

I got in touch with Dave Ennenga on Facebook and he shared his blog with me. I now share it with all of you that would like to see what he's been up and perhaps get in touch with him.

If you haven't already, make sure to go join our Utah's PRIDE group on Facebook!

Mindi Larson (Barker) Blog and IMDB List Added

I added Mindi Larson (Barker's) blog to the blog list and added years to the names (please correct me if I've made mistakes...)

I also added a list of IMDB pages for PRIDEsters that have continued to perform and have a page there.

If you have a blog or IMDB page... let us know so we can get it up there.

There's Just Something Wonderful About Hanging Out With Good Friends

Back Row: Jarin Blackham, Melissa Pond
Front Row: Viet Le, Jeff Litster, Jered Plouzek

You decide what happened in this picture.
Leave a comment and tell the story you think this picture tells. :)

Tonight we had our rescheduled dinner with Melissa Pond as the Guest-of-Honor. There's something special about reuniting with old friends; and it's amazing to see how, even though you haven't seen the friend in over ten years, it's as if you had spent time together last week... and picking up where you left off is effortless and wonderful.

We felt that tonight as the five of us got together with our families and enjoyed excellent food and great company. There was much chatting, Wii bowling, and attempts at getting some pictures (if you wonder why the smiles are so cheesey up there; it's because that was our third attempt and we were all laughing pretty hard.)

We really enjoyed catching up with Melissa and are sorry for those that weren't able to make it.

We wish Melissa, Alex and Roxey the best of success in Los Angeles. Melissa and Alex will be continuing their pursuits in their acting careers. I made her promise she'd let us know when she lands roles so we can all check her movies out. :)

I look forward to more of these in the future. It really does rock getting together with old friends! Thanks all for coming tonight; it was awesome.

Jon Best - Young Film Star

Utah's PRIDE's own Jon Best (1994-1995 White Team) had a role in a film called "Silent Night, Deadly Night" (as well as a few others)

Here is a scene someone posted on YouTube that is hilarious!!!

Jon did a great job in this scene... he looks petrified as the psycho old man goes off on what I call his "Santa Rant-a"

Enjoy! "You better run.... RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!!!" :)
